Second IndiCell PhD student to execute her half-time review, autumn 2024.
”Two years ago I started my PhD at Lund University, and a few weeks ago I reached an important milestone when I presented my half-time seminar. As part of IndiCell, my research focuses on investigating the therapeutic potential of patient-specific cell therapies based on iPSCs, with a focus on Parkinson’s disease. I was able to present my findings towards our common goal of advancing the efficacy and standardization of iPSC-derived cell products for autologous cell replacement therapies. I am grateful for the collaborative environment and the progress in both the scientific project and personal development and can’t wait to see what the next two years will bring.
